The Altra Timp 6 GTX is a high-cushion, zero-drop trail-running shoe built to conquer the wettest, muddiest, and most technical terrain. Unlike Altra's newer "Experience" line, the Timp 6 GTX sticks to Altra's classic roots, combining a generous 30mm stack height with a true 0mm heel-to-toe drop to promote a natural, low-impact running stride.
• GORE-TEX Invisible Fit: The waterproof membrane is bonded directly to the upper mesh. This design creates a lighter, softer, and more breathable fit than traditional stiff waterproof bootie liners.
• Redesigned Mesh Fit: Moving away from the stiff tooling of older models, the Timp 6 uses a more forgiving mesh that comfortably molds to your foot while keeping mud and slush entirely locked out.
• Upgraded Vibram® Megagrip: A freshly redesigned outsole pattern utilizes premium sticky rubber to provide high-level traction on slick wet river rocks, loose scree, and muddy downhill paths.
