This model continues the series' signature ultimate cushioning, featuring a sole thickness of 36.5 to 44.5mm (an 8mm drop) and a single shoe weight precisely controlled at 265g (size 27cm). This provides wearers with a practical running experience that combines a lightweight design with top-tier protection.
The shoe's midsole volume has been increased by 5% and is equipped with the nitrogen-infused flagship MIZUNO ENERZY NXT material, delivering an exceptionally high level of energy return and a soft underfoot feel. Additionally, a full-length 3D fiberglass-reinforced nylon MIZUNO WAVE plate is embedded inside. Divided into 3 independent pressure points, it gives the propulsive force of each step better directionality, ensuring a faster and more precise rebound.
The heel of the NEO VISTA 3 features an upswept design, which effectively reduces the strain on the calf muscles. Furthermore, the outsole incorporates a widened forefoot and deepened tread patterns, significantly enhancing anti-slip traction and making cornering more stable and secure.
